Coach in Synchronized swimming

*Coaching the athletes within the club
*Work in the fields of completive training and top-level training
*Planning, carrying out and follow-up procedures concerning daily practice, training camps and competitions
*Work with the other coaches and develop their coaching skills.

*Minimum 5 years of coaching experience with a top team of international standard
*Years of own swimming experience at international standard
*Education or high level experience in gymnastices, acrobatic and/or ballet
*Social competence and a lot of readiness for teamwork with coaches, swimmers and parents
*Communications skills, motivation and creativity
*Assertiveness and leadership
*Knowledge at working within a club
*Flexibility, resilience and high sense of commitment (on weekends as well)
*Good knowledge of English

SK Neptun is Swedens biggest synchronized swimming club. We have more then 120 people from the age of 4 to 65+ doing synchro with us every week. 4 of our swimmers are in the 13-15 national team. We have won a lot of medals the last 2 months, both in national youth championships and at the junior chamionships.
We are looking at a coach that should stay in Stockholm for the autumn, for 4-5 months and help us develop our swimmers and coaches to the next level.
