Twisters Cheer Elite Nacka is seeking a fulltime coach

The candidate should have at least 7 years experience working within the international cheerleading industry.The candidate must have trained all levels of cheer teams - from level 1 to Level 5.
Tasks and obligations for the coach
The coach willl:
Coach the teams of Twisters Cheer Elite in cooperation with the other coaches of each team.Coaching includes ordinary practises ( skills,conditioning,cleaning routines) as well as going to competitions and other events within the teams schedule.Work is primary with the elite teams,but also lower level teams.
Instruct at Twisters cross team events such as general stunt or tumbling classes or privates for individuals,stunt groups and Twist Cheer Camps.
Work with partner programs of Twisters.
Flexi times will be used.
The coach will give input on the structure of the program, and suggest general improvements.

The coach will take part in meetings regarding training the teams.Give input on the structure and content of practices as well as development of individuals.The coach can not accept commitments that will be in conflict with the interests of Twisters or may prove detrimental or adversely to Twisters.
All material made up by coach for Twisters,routines as well as mixes of music/voiceovers, will be considered the belongings of Twisters .
